John C. Guinn - 1930-2004

John C. Guinn, 73, of Cheyenne died Aug. 7 at United Medical Center-West.

He was born Nov. 16, 1930, in Telford, Tenn., and had lived here since 1971.

Mr. Guinn served in the Air Force for 28 years.

He worked in the radiation department of the state of Wyoming and was working in the medical records department at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where he had been for 15 years.

Mr. Guinn was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Trudy Guinn of Cheyenne, whom he married June 13, 1954; and a daughter, Sharon Ryther of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Cora Guinn.

Services will be 10 a.m. today at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes with chaplains Ron Shell and Pat Bradley officiating.

Interment will be in Beth El Cemetery.

Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Honor Guard.
